AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Forestry Cooperative Agreement Act is amended by adding Section 1-7 as follows:

(20 ILCS 820/1-7 new)

Sec. 1-7. Alexander-Cairo Port District. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, this Act does not apply to construction activities at facilities or property covered by the Alexander-Cairo Port District Act, provided that such facilities or property are located within 5 miles of the confluence of the Ohio River and the Mississippi River.
