1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1779
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1779 on page 1,
3 line 10, by replacing "home" with "home, as defined in the
4 Mobile Home Park Act"; and

5 on page 1, line 15, by deleting "and"; and

6 on page 1, by replacing line 16 with the following:
7         "(4) that, depending on where the consumer affixes the
8     manufactured home (be it property owned by the consumer or
9     on certain types of leased land), the manufactured home
10     may qualify as real property under the Conveyance and
11     Encumbrance of Manufactured Homes as Real Property and
12     Severance Act; and
13         (5) any other reason that prohibits refinancing.".
