1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3073
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3073 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 14 with the following:
4         "(6) the State recognizes the critical need to
5     zealously guard and vigilantly protect the water quality
6     and public uses of public bodies of water throughout the
7     State, including Lake Michigan."; and

8 on page 13, line 9, after "facility", by inserting "that is not
9 disposed of, treated, stored, or abandoned in a CCR surface
10 impoundment,"; and

11 on page 13, line 10, by replacing "the" with "that".
