1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3497
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3497 on page 5,
3 line 20, by replacing "to" with "~~to~~"; and

4 on page 6, by replacing lines 3 through 7 with the following:
5     "property; or ~~to~~ a nonresident in an unincorporated area
6     in Illinois who is a student whose household falls at or
7     below the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Income
8     Eligibility Guidelines. The board may adopt regulations
9     waiving the nonresident fee for persons under the age of
10     18;".
