AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3889

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3889, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 3, on page 7, line 12, by deleting "and"; and

on page 7, line 14, by replacing "." with ";"; and

on page 7, immediately below line 14, by inserting the following:

"(K) a representative of a statewide organization representing a majority of hospitals in the State; and

(L) a representative of a statewide association representing community-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment providers in the State.".
