1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1053
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1053 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "(720 ILCS 5/24-1.7 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Criminal Code of 2012 is amended by
6 repealing Section 24-1.7.

7     (730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-95 rep.)
8     Section 10. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended by
9 repealing Section 5-4.5-95.".
