AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1370

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1370, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 1, by replacing line 5 with "as the Large Event Recycling and Composting Law."; and

on page 2, by replacing line 3 with "(iii) the composting of organic waste, which shall be collected separate from the collection of recyclable materials."; and

on page 2, lines 4 and 5, by deleting "or location".
