2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2851 on page 9,
3 line 2, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 9, line 4, by replacing "designee." with "designee;
5 and"; and

6 on page 9, immediately below line 4, by inserting the
7 following:
8         "(22) one representative from the largest general
9     agriculture association in the State, appointed by the
10     Speaker of the House of Representatives.".
