3 lines 13 and 14, by deleting "not a citizen but is"; and

4 on page 7, lines 3 and 4, by deleting "not a citizen but is";
5 and

6 on page 12, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:
7 "Sec. 16.06d. Applicants. An individual who is legally
8 authorized to work in the United".
