1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4350
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4350 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

4     "Section 5. Posted notice required. Each of the following
5 businesses and other"; and

6      on page 1, line 14, by replacing "Day care centers." with
7 "Hotels and motels."; and

8 on page 1, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following:
9         "(3) Tattoo and body piercing establishments."; and

10 on page 2, be deleting lines 10 through 18.
