2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4762, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 1, line 14, by replacing "newly-created" with
5 "newly created"; and

6 on page 2, line 3, after "appear", by inserting "and that is so
7 realistic that a reasonable observer would believe it is a
8 performance by the individual being portrayed and no other
9 individual".
