AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4951

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4951, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 2, on page 202, line 23, by replacing "$1,000,000" with "$2,000,000"; and

on page 936, after "2024", by inserting "and prior to December 31, 2027"; and

on page 1282, by replacing lines 14 through 22 with the following: "unexpired term in the same manner as original appointments. A community mental health board may provide advice to the governing body and may establish a policy and procedure for the acceptance and review of applications from interested residents prior to making a recommendation to the appointing authority."; and

on page 1302, by replacing line 12 with the following: "2024, Articles 25, 75, 80, 93, 125, 135, and 140"; and

on page 1302, line 14, by replacing "February" with "July".
