1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5046
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5046 on page 11,
3 line 11, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 11, by inserting immediately below line 11 the
5 following:
6         "(6) establishing, maintaining, and making available
7     to patients a comprehensive database of various behavioral
8     health support referral options, including mental health
9     providers of evidence-based psychotherapy performed in
10     accordance with the generally accepted standards of care;
11     and"; and

12 on page 11, line 12, by replacing "(6)" with "(7)".
