1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5151
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5151 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Pertussis Vaccine Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 235/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7501)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the ~~the~~ Pertussis Vaccine Act.
