AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5530 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5530 on page 5, by 
3replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:
4        "valid prescription by the patient's a physician 
5        licensed to practice medicine in all its branches, 
6        advanced practice registered nurse, or physician 
7        assistant upon completion of"; and
