2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 2, on page 109, line 12, after ".", by inserting "The
5 status and rights of the employees and the State of Illinois or
6 its transferring agencies under the Personnel Code, the
7 Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, and applicable collective
8 bargaining agreements, or under any pension, retirement, or
9 annuity plan, shall not be affected by this Act.".
