    Amends the Lead Poisoning Prevention Act. Makes a technical change ina Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Lead Poisoning Prevention Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 45/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1301)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited asthe ~~the~~ Lead
8 Poisoning Prevention Act.
