2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2764 on page 2,
3 line 16, by replacing "gift or a trial" with "trial or a
4 promotional"; and

5 on page 2, line 19, by replacing "consumer no less than 2
6 weeks" with "consumer during the free trial or the promotional
7 period no less than 3 days".
