AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3284

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3284 by replacing page 53, line 23 through page 54, line 4 with the following:

"(i) A parenting plan or allocation judgment, once approved or entered by the court, shall be considered final for purposes of modification under Section 610.5 or appeal, unless the underlying action is dismissed. If the underlying action in which the parenting plan or allocation judgment is approved or entered by the court is subsequently dismissed, the parenting plan or allocation judgment shall be void and unenforceable.".
