1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3513
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3513 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 4 and 5 with "subsection (a) if the applicant
4 submits, in the form and manner prescribed by the Secretary of
5 State, a signed statement that the applicant (i) is a licensed
6 attorney or judge or is employed by a licensed attorney or the
7 court and (ii) has read and understood the version of the Act
8 that is in effect at the time of application.".
