| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Gasoline Storage Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 6.2 as follows:

| 6 | | (430 ILCS 15/6.2 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 6.2. Residential refueling by watercraft. The State |
| 8 | | Fire Marshal shall allow residential refueling services to be |
| 9 | | provided by watercraft within the Chain O' Lakes waterway |
| 10 | | system of northeastern Illinois that are approved by the State |
| 11 | | Fire Marshal to provide fuel and that meet all applicable fire |
