1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of
3 the State of Illinois were saddened to learn of the death of
4 Gayle A. Greene of Centralia on Sunday, January 12, 2003; and
5 WHEREAS, Mrs. Greene was born on October 29, 1962 in
6 Centralia to Charles E. and Betty Jean (Maxwell) Russell; she
7 married Stephen J. Greene on October 12, 1991 in Las Vegas,
8 Nevada; and
9 WHEREAS, Mrs. Greene was a member of St. Mary's Catholic
10 Church, a graduate of Centralia High School, and a member of
11 Gamma Iota; she was a lifelong resident of Centralia and was
12 human resources representative at Big 3 Precision Products;
13 and
14 WHEREAS, The passing of Gayle Greene has been deeply felt
15 by many, especially her husband, Stephen J. Greene; her
16 parents, Charles E. and Betty Jean (Maxwell) Russell; her
17 son, Andrew Greene; her stepdaughter, Natalie Greene; her
18 brother, Richard Russell; her sister, Jeannie Hutchcraft and
19 husband Joe; her sister-in-law, Shannon Garrison and husband
20 Mat; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ed and Jane Greene;
21 and her nieces Nicole Hutchcraft, Christina Bridges and
22 husband Russell, Hannah Garrison, and Brandy Brookhouse;
23 therefore, be it
24 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
25 NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
26 we mourn the passing of Gayle A. Greene and offer our deepest
27 sympathy to her family and friends; and be it further
28 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
29 presented to the family of Gayle A. Greene with our sincerest
30 condolences.
