| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Lucille M. "Lucy" Clark, who passed away | 4 | | on December 12, 2014; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lucille Clark was born on May 3, 1942 in North | 6 | | Chicago; her parents were Joseph and Helen (nee Ornatek) | 7 | | Hebior; she married Robert E. Clark on May 30, 1964; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Shortly after graduating from Holy Child High | 9 | | School, Lucille Clark started working at the Chicago Title | 10 | | Insurance Company, where she retired after 38 years of service; | 11 | | after marrying, she and her husband moved to Washington, D.C. | 12 | | for 2 years before returning to Waukegan; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Lucille Clark enjoyed traveling, reading, and | 14 | | visiting Door County and watching the sunset there; she also | 15 | | traveled to New Orleans, California, Florida, Hawaii, the | 16 | | Bahamas, and Europe; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Lucille Clark is preceded in death by her beloved | 18 | | husband of 45 years, Robert; her parents; a brother, Joseph | 19 | | Hebior, Jr.; a brother-in-law, Raymond Zdanowicz; a nephew, | 20 | | Robert Zdanowicz; a niece, Susan Hebior; and a great-nephew, | 21 | | Joseph Hebior, IV; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Lucille Clark is survived by 3 brothers, Andrew | 2 | | Hebior, Eugene (Patricia) Hebior, and Daniel Hebior; a sister, | 3 | | Theresa Zdanowicz; a sister-in-law, Donna Hebior; 14 nieces and | 4 | | nephews; and many great-nieces, great-nephews, friends, and | 5 | | neighbors; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | 8 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Lucille M. "Lucy" | 9 | | Clark; and be it further
| 10 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 11 | | presented to the family of Lucille Clark as an expression of | 12 | | our sympathy.
