| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of
Tyler "Max" Zumwalt of Pittsfield, who | 4 | | passed away on January 23, 2011; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Tyler Zumwalt was born on December 29, 1990, in | 6 | | Pittsfield; he was the son of Parker and Beth Mitchell Zumwalt; | 7 | | and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Tyler Zumwalt graduated from Pittsfield High | 9 | | School in 2009; he loved Saukee football and baseball and was | 10 | | an outstanding athlete; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Tyler Zumwalt was a sophomore at Culver Stockton | 12 | | College in Canton, Missouri, where he played as a defensive | 13 | | lineman for the Culver Stockton College football team; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Tyler Zumwalt enjoyed coaching the youth football | 15 | | league and umpiring little league baseball in Pittsfield; he | 16 | | also enjoyed bow and firearm deer hunting, shooting blue rocks, | 17 | | watching the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with his niece, | 18 | | Katie; and | 19 | | WHEREAS, Tyler Zumwalt was preceded in death by his | 20 | | grandparents, Parker and Eileen Zumwalt and Jim and Wanda |

| 2 | | WHEREAS, Tyler Zumwalt is survived by his parents, Parker | 3 | | and Beth Zumwalt; his brother, Trevor (fiancee, Kriss Reid) | 4 | | Zumwalt; his sisters, Tammy (Jarrod) Zumwalt Green and Toyia | 5 | | Zumwalt; his niece, Katie Zumwalt; his special family, Rick and | 6 | | Tracey Reel and their family; his aunt and uncle, Sandra and | 7 | | Lee Richey; and his 4 cousins; therefore, be it
