| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 |
| learn of the death of
Josephine F. Hart of Lake Villa, who | 4 |
| passed away on January 29, 2009; and
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Josephine Hart was born in Lugerville, Wisconsin | 6 |
| on March 13, 1929; she was the daughter of the late Stella and | 7 |
| Franklin Stajduhar; she was a resident of Lake Villa for the | 8 |
| past 41 years; she married Charles Hart on February 22, 1948; | 9 |
| and
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Josephine Hart was a member of Christ Lutheran | 11 |
| Church in Paddock Lake, Wisconsin and a member of the VFW | 12 |
| Ladies Auxiliary Post 7924 in Kansasville, Wisconsin; she also | 13 |
| was a volunteer for STAR Hospice; and
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, As a Navy wife for over 23 years, Josephine Hart | 15 |
| traveled to many places, including Guam with three small | 16 |
| children, and made many dear friends all over the United | 17 |
| States; and
| 18 |
| WHEREAS, Josephine Hart was well known for her crocheted | 19 |
| afghans, of which she gave many to her friends and family; she | 20 |
| was also passionate for taking pictures at every occasion, | 21 |
| including waking early to capture the most beautiful sunrise |

| over Sand Lake; and
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, Josephine Hart was preceded in death by her | 3 |
| brother, Lloyd; and | 4 |
| WHEREAS, Josephine Hart is survived by her husband, | 5 |
| Charles; her children, Sharel (Robert) Busby, Larry (Darlene) | 6 |
| Hart, and Karene (Robert) Bailey; her grandchildren, Stephanie | 7 |
| (Jeff), Sarah (Tim), Christina (Keith), Denise (Jason), Amanda | 8 |
| (Barry), Nikole (Adam), Jaclyn, and Robert; her | 9 |
| great-grandchildren, Taliah, Ashton, Braydon, Summer, Hannah, | 10 |
| Joclyn, and Nevaeh; and her brother, Richard (Sophia) | 11 |
| Stajduhar; and | 12 |
| WHEREAS, Josephine Hart will be remembered by all who knew | 13 |
| and loved her as a fun-loving lady who enjoyed life and loved | 14 |
| to laugh; therefore, be it
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | 17 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Josephine F. Hart; and | 18 |
| be it further
| 19 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 20 |
| presented to the family of Josephine Hart as an expression of | 21 |
| our sympathy.
