| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Mark Earley of North Chicago, who passed | 4 | | away on December 17, 2016; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley was born in Mundelein to Bill and | 6 | | Dyanne Earley on February 5, 1964; he graduated from Mundelein | 7 | | High School in 1982 and married Sandra Krapf on July 21, 2001; | 8 | | and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley was a journeyman electrician with | 10 | | International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 150 for | 11 | | 25 years; he was a proud member of the Zion-Benton Moose Lodge | 12 | | 667, where he served as Governor; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley spent his free time volunteering for | 14 | | Moose Charities and hosting activities for Lodge 667; he was | 15 | | recently recognized by Moose International as a Fellow; he was | 16 | | an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Cubs, and Blackhawks and | 17 | | attended many Bears games with his beloved wife, a Packers fan; | 18 | | and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley was preceded in death by his parents; | 20 | | and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley is survived by his wife of 15 years, | 2 | | Sandra; his brothers, Thomas R. (Susan) Earley, David J. | 3 | | Earley, and Kevin D. (Julie Ann) Earley; his niece, Samantha; | 4 | | his nephew, Donovan; and countless friends and extended family; | 5 | | therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 8 | | Mark Earley, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, | 9 | | friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
