| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Frances Graham-Stults of Carlinville, who | 4 | | passed away on February 7, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Frances Graham-Stults was born in Atwater to | 6 | | William and Pearl (Bacon)
Crouch on December 12, 1925; she | 7 | | attended Atwater and South Standard City
Grade Schools and | 8 | | Carlinville High School; she married Henry
Graham on December | 9 | | 12, 1941; she married Eldon Leroy Stults in Piggott, Arkansas | 10 | | on August 18, 1948; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Frances Graham-Stults was a nurse's aid for the | 12 | | Carlinville Area Hospital, a ward clerk, and a housewife and | 13 | | mother; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Frances Graham-Stults was an avid fan of the St. | 15 | | Louis Cardinals and enjoyed gardening; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Frances Graham-Stults was preceded in death by her | 17 | | parents; her first husband, Henry; her second husband, Eldon; | 18 | | her daughters, Judith Jean Graham-Richie Scott, and Brenda Lou | 19 | | Stults-Volsen-Dolder; one grandchild; her siblings, Dorothy | 20 | | Steward, Helen
Clevenger, Harold Crouch, Stanley Crouch, | 21 | | Charles Crouch,
and Marquerite Walden-Riecks-Engelman; and

Graham, | 3 | | Edwin Lee Stults, Thomas Roy Stults, and Rebecca Jane | 4 | | Stults-Delich; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; nine | 5 | | great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Mary Jane | 6 | | Rosentreter-Cottingham; her
sister, Wilma Modlin; her brother, | 7 | | Millard Herbert "Herbie" Crouch; and several nieces and | 8 | | nephews; therefore, be it
| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | 10 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 11 | | Frances Graham-Stults, and extend our sincere condolences to | 12 | | her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | 13 | | further
