| 5 | | WHEREAS, Olga Leginski was born in North Chicago on | 6 | | September 18, 1916; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Olga Leginski was employed at the Shore Acres | 8 | | Country Club for over 25 years; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Olga Leginski was a member of the North Chicago | 10 | | Senior Citizens Club, the Polish Home, the Holy Name Society, | 11 | | Foss Park Seniors, and Queen of Peace Catholic Church in North | 12 | | Chicago; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Olga Leginski was preceded in death by her husband | 14 | | of 66 years, Joseph; her son, Michael; and her sisters, Ann and | 15 | | Stella; and
