| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 |
| learn of the death of
Ted Dworzynski of Carlinville, who passed | 4 |
| away on October 7, 2009; and
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Ted Dworzynski was born on November 27, 1931, in | 6 |
| Staunton; he was the son of Ted and Clara Dubbeldee Dworzynski; | 7 |
| he married Mary Ann Vesper on November 20, 1954, at St. Michael | 8 |
| Church in Staunton; and
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Ted Dworzynski was a graduate of Staunton High | 10 |
| School; he served his country with pride and distinction as a | 11 |
| member of the United States Navy during the Korean War; and
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Ted Dworzynski was the owner and operator of | 13 |
| Vesper Granite at the Prairie Lawn Memorial Garden for 38 | 14 |
| years; and
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Ted Dworzynski was a member of the S.S. Mary and | 16 |
| Joseph Church and the Guy Baird American Legion Post 554; and
| 17 |
| WHEREAS, Ted Dworzynski was preceded in death by his | 18 |
| parents and his brother, Lawrence; and | 19 |
| WHEREAS, Ted Dworzynski is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; |

| his sons, Mike (wife, Karen) Dworzynski and Steve (wife, Donna) | 2 |
| Dworzynski; his daughters, Donna Wild and Paula (husband, | 3 |
| Danny) Bultema; his 10 grandchildren; his sister, Darlene | 4 |
| (husband, Walter) Renko; and his many nieces and nephews; | 5 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | 7 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with is | 8 |
| family and friends, the passing of Ted Dworzynski; and be it | 9 |
| further
| 10 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 11 |
| presented to the family of Ted Dworzynski as an expression of | 12 |
| our sympathy.
