| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Morgan M. McKinnon of Murrayville, who | 4 | | passed away on July 18, 2013; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Morgan McKinnon was born on September 10, 1995, in | 6 | | Jacksonville, to Patrick and Cynthia L. Neff McKinnon; she was | 7 | | entering her senior year at Jacksonville High School, where she | 8 | | played volleyball; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Morgan McKinnon liked helping others in any way | 10 | | she could, whether it was donating blood or tutoring autistic | 11 | | children; she enjoyed spending time with her family and her | 12 | | dog, Bella; she worked at Leo's Pizza in Jacksonville; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Morgan McKinnon was a member of Murrayville House | 14 | | of Prayer; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Morgan McKinnon cherished the time she spent with | 16 | | the love of her life, Leo Alfano; and | 17 | | WHEREAS, Morgan McKinnon was preceded in death by her | 18 | | paternal grandparents, Paul and Eula McKinnon and by her niece, | 19 | | Kaydence Woods; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Morgan McKinnon is survived by her parents; her | 2 | | brother, Patrick McKinnon; her sisters, Rachel Downs, Celeste | 3 | | Panky, Ashley Henson, Brittany Woods, and Erica McKinnon; her | 4 | | maternal grandparents, Lynda and John Hartz and Lloyd Neff; and | 5 | | several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; | 6 | | therefore, be it
