| 1 | | HOUSE RESOLUTION | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the passing of | 4 | | Kathleen Marie "Kat" Moczek of Bristol, Wisconsin, who passed | 5 | | away on April 12, 2023; and | 6 | | WHEREAS, Kathleen Moczek was born to Gerald and Alice | 7 | | (Gribbon) O'Connor in Chicago on July 12, 1959; she married | 8 | | Paul Moczek on September 8, 2001; and | 9 | | WHEREAS, Kathleen Moczek was an avid gardener, tending to | 10 | | both her indoor and outdoor plants, and a bird watching | 11 | | enthusiast; she enjoyed her black Camaro, which was her dream | 12 | | car; and | 13 | | WHEREAS, Kathleen Moczek was a beloved wife, mother, | 14 | | grandmother, and great-grandmother; she was known for being | 15 | | smart, kind, and willing to offer help to anyone in need; and | 16 | | WHEREAS, Kathleen Moczek was preceded in death by her | 17 | | parents and her brothers, Thomas O'Connor and James O'Connor; | 18 | | and | 19 | | WHEREAS, At the time of her passing, Kathleen Moczek was | 20 | | survived by her husband; her children, Tonya (Jay Hatton) |
