| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Norman Kirkpatrick of Christopher; and
| 4 | | WHEREAS, He was born March 3, 1933, in Christopher, to | 5 | | Harley M. and Marie (Watson) Kirkpatrick; he married Wanda | 6 | | (Wall) Kirkpatrick on September 1, 1952; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, He was a coalminer retired from Old Ben 24 and he | 8 | | was a member of the United Mine Workers Association; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents; and his | 10 | | sisters, Hester Salo and Ruby Kirkpatrick; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Norman Kirkpatrick is survived by his wife, Wanda; | 12 | | his children, Patty and Mike McCubbins and Norman Kirkpatrick; | 13 | | his grandchildren, Ryan Payne, Page Kirkpatrick, Sean Payne, | 14 | | and Amanda Yosanovich; his great-grandchildren, Shelby, | 15 | | Dustin, SadieJo, Camden, Colton, Olivia, Drake, Isla, Harper, | 16 | | and Trace; his great-stepgrandchildren, Lucas and Rowen; and | 17 | | his brothers and sisters, Phyllis Grubbs, Virginia Waller, and | 18 | | Richard and Sue Kirkpatrick; therefore, be it
