| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of
Ralph A. Coari of Lake Villa, who passed | 4 | | away on December 27, 2011; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Ralph Coari was born on July 9, 1955, in Chicago; | 6 | | he was the son of Joan and the late Ralph, Sr.; he lived in Lake | 7 | | Villa for the past 32 years, moving there from Antioch; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Ralph Coari served his country with pride and | 9 | | distinction as a member of the United States Army; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Ralph Coari retired from the Kiley Developmental | 11 | | Center after 30 years of service; he was a member and past | 12 | | president of AFSCME Council 31 Local 785; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Ralph Coari was a member of Prince of Peace | 14 | | Catholic Church; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Ralph Coari coached youth softball and girls | 16 | | iceless hockey for many years; he was devoted to his family and | 17 | | spent his leisure time on the golf course; and | 18 | | WHEREAS, Ralph Coari was preceded in death by his father, | 19 | | Ralph, Sr.; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Ralph Coari is survived by his wife, Diane, whom | 2 | | he married on August 18, 1979; his daughters, Rachel (Hoby) | 3 | | Roberts and Kristin; his granddaughter, Cadence Roberts; his | 4 | | mother, Joan Mitchell; his brothers, Richard (Debbie) Coari, | 5 | | John (Karen) Coari, and Ken (Cindy) Coari; and his nephews, | 6 | | Dan, Brendon, David, Brian, Jason, Matthew, Nick, Jon, and | 7 | | Joshua, and their families; therefore, be it
| 8 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | 9 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | 10 | | his family and friends, the passing of Ralph A. Coari; and be | 11 | | it further
| 12 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 13 | | presented to the family of Ralph Coari as an expression of our | 14 | | sympathy.
