| 5 | | WHEREAS, James McDonough served in the United States Army | 6 | | with the military police; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, James McDonough retired as a sergeant with the | 8 | | Chicago Police Department; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, James McDonough served as president of the Chicago | 10 | | Police Sergeants' Association; he was a former Pension Board | 11 | | Trustee; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, James McDonough was the loving husband of
Sue | 13 | | Ellen (Cunningham) and the late Donna (Boerema); the loved | 14 | | father of Julie
(Robert (Ret. CFD)) Daly, Joan (Scott) | 15 | | Thorholm, James W. (Julie) McDonough (Ret.
CCSPD) Jr., Tammy | 16 | | (Michael) Toscano, and Kary (Chris) Porfidio; the beloved | 17 | | grandfather of
Kelly (Matt Jones) Daly, Courtney Daly, Erin | 18 | | (Peter Barre) Kelley, Alyssa (Toby) Behmer,
Erik Thorholm, | 19 | | Dylan, Devin, Dallas and Darby McDonough, Cody and Christina | 20 | | Toscano,
and Jessie and Kiley Porfidio; the cherished | 21 | | great-grandfather of Jasper Jones, and Lane and Luke
