| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Ceal C. Ehlenburg of Woodstock, who | 4 | | passed away on May 1, 2017; and | 5 | | WHEREAS, Ceal Ehlenburg was born in Piqua, Kansas to Herman | 6 | | and Ann (Sundrop) Koester on September 20, 1928; she married | 7 | | Harold Ehlenburg in Woodstock on May 10, 1963; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Ceal Ehlenburg worked at the Emerson Typewriter | 9 | | Factory in Woodstock for over 25 years; she then went to work | 10 | | at the Guardian Electric Manufacturing Company; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Ceal Ehlenburg was a member of Saint Mary Catholic | 12 | | Church in Woodstock; she enjoyed the simple things in life and | 13 | | always enjoyed spending time with her loving family, especially | 14 | | her nephew, Ron (Nancy) Porter; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Ceal Ehlenburg was preceded in death by her | 16 | | parents and her loving husband, Harold; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Ceal Ehlenburg is survived by her sisters, Mary | 18 | | Ann Porter, Ruth Lampe, and Eleanor Platte, and many nieces and | 19 | | nephews; therefore, be it

Ehlenburg, and extend our sincere condolences to her | 4 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | 5 | | further | 6 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 7 | | presented to the family of Ceal Ehlenburg as an expression of | 8 | | our deepest sympathy.
