| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Norman Gene Schuette of Edwardsville, who | 4 | | passed away on October 28, 2013; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Norman Schuette was born on December 10, 1932 in | 6 | | Highland; his parents were Frank and Verna (nee Bollman) | 7 | | Schuette; he married Nadeen Fingerhut on September 10, 1955; | 8 | | and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Norman Schuette graduated from Collinsville High | 10 | | School in 1950; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Norman Schuette served in the United States Army | 12 | | from February of 1953 to February of 1955; he played trombone | 13 | | in the 47th Division Band at Fort Benning, Georgia; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Norman Schuette was employed at the Spectrulite | 15 | | Consortium in Madison for many years until his retirement in | 16 | | 1992; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Norman Schuette is survived by his wife, Nadeen; | 18 | | his children, Kent (Bonni) Schuette, Sandra Schuette Fultz, and | 19 | | Greg (Maureen) Schuette; his grandchildren, Dr. Jacob (Dr. | 20 | | Christy Wohlford) Schuette, Benjamin Schuette, Emily Fultz, |
