| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of William "Bill" L. Warren of East | 4 | | Moline, who passed away on December 13, 2021; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bill Warren was born to Clifford and Lura | 6 | | (Fuller) Warren in Moline on March 9, 1937; he served in the | 7 | | U.S. Army as a paratrooper in the 11th Airborne Division; he | 8 | | married Nancy L. Keagle in Davenport on April 4, 1959; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Bill Warren retired from the MidAmerican Energy | 10 | | Company; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Bill Warren was an avid Cubs fan and a dog lover; | 12 | | he had a very inquisitive mind, and most of all, he loved his | 13 | | family; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Bill Warren was preceded in death by his | 15 | | son-in-law, Jim Cunningham and his sister, Marilyn Jean; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Bill Warren is survived by his wife, Nancy; his | 17 | | children, Shawn Warren, Wendy Cunningham, Heather Warren, and | 18 | | Darcy (Brad) Brittenham; his nine grandchildren; his five | 19 | | great-grandchildren; his sister, Mary (Gary) Miller; his | 20 | | brother, Joe (Rose) Warren; and his special friend, Joe; |

condolences to | 5 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
