| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Robert E. Buller of Silvis, who passed | 4 | | away on December 16, 2021; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Robert Buller was born to Jessie and Myrtle | 6 | | Dunbar Buller in Rock Island on December 3, 1928; he served in | 7 | | the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict; he married Marjorie | 8 | | Burklund in Rock Island on February 2, 1952, and she preceded | 9 | | him in death on April 13, 2012; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Robert Buller worked as a plant manager at East | 11 | | Moline Metal Products; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Robert Buller enjoyed spending time with his | 13 | | family, fishing at his cabin in Wisconsin, and attending | 14 | | garage sales, auctions, and flea markets; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Robert Buller was preceded in death by his | 16 | | parents; his wife; his infant son, Mark Buller; his daughter; | 17 | | JoAnn Oliver; five brothers; and three sisters; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Robert Buller is survived by his children, Sandra | 19 | | Dodds, Robert (Vickey) Buller, Tim Buller, and Mike Buller; | 20 | | his grandchildren, Stevie, Dawn, David, Becky, and Jamie; his |
