| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Colonel Agnes | 4 | | Kindred-Johnson on her retirement from the Illinois State | 5 | | Police on December 31, 2013; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Colonel Kindred-Johnson was appointed to Illinois | 7 | | State Police Cadet Class #87 on January 29, 1990 and upon | 8 | | graduation on June 5, 1990, she was assigned to work patrol for | 9 | | District 9; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Colonel Kindred-Johnson was promoted to Special | 11 | | Agent and began working investigations for District 9 on | 12 | | December 16, 1993; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Colonel Kindred-Johnson transferred to the | 14 | | Division of Internal Investigations on December 1, 1996; she | 15 | | was promoted to the rank of Sergeant on January 16, 1998 and to | 16 | | Master Sergeant on September 16, 2002; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, As Master Sergeant, Colonel Kindred-Johnson | 18 | | worked in the Division of Operation's Deputy Director's Office; | 19 | | on October 1, 2005 she was promoted to Lieutenant and worked as | 20 | | an advisor to Director Larry Trent; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Colonel Kindred-Johnson was promoted to Captain | 2 | | in the Medical Fraud Unit on May 1, 2009, to the rank of | 3 | | Lieutenant Colonel of the Division of Internal Investigations | 4 | | on June 16, 2011, and to the rank of Colonel of the Division of | 5 | | Internal Investigation on January 1, 2012; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | 7 | | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | 8 | | we congratulate Colonel Agnes Kindred-Johnson on her | 9 | | retirement from the Illinois State Police and wish her the best | 10 | | in all her future endeavors; and be it further
| 11 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 12 | | presented to Colonel Kindred-Johnson as an expression of our | 13 | | esteem and respect.
