| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Bradley W. Kincaid of Hillsdale, who | 4 | | passed away on October 18, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid was born to Walter and Viola | 6 | | (Seams) Kincaid on June 27, 1930; he served in the U.S. Army | 7 | | during the Korean War and married Barbara Jean DeWitte at St. | 8 | | John's Catholic Church in Rapid City, Illinois on April 24, | 9 | | 1954; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid farmed with his dad for several | 11 | | years before going to work at the Hillsdale Saw Mill; he | 12 | | retired from the Hillsdale elevator at the age of 80; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid was a member of the Hillsdale | 14 | | American Legion and enjoyed having coffee with the group at the | 15 | | Fast Break in Hillsdale: in his spare time, he loved fishing | 16 | | and traveling; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid was preceded in death by his | 18 | | parents; his brothers, Dale and Les Kincaid; and his in-laws; | 19 | | and
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid is survived by his wife of 65 |

| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 8 | | Bradley W. Kincaid and extend our sincere condolences to his | 9 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 10 | | further
