| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the passing of Dorothy "June" Penn of Bloomington, who | 4 | | passed away on February 22, 2020; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, June Penn was born to Clarence and Elizabeth Foley | 6 | | Marble in Bloomington on June 18, 1928; she married Paul S. | 7 | | Penn in Bloomington on October 9, 1946; she worked on the | 8 | | assembly line at Admiral in Bloomington for over 30 years; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, June Penn was a member of St. Mary's Catholic | 10 | | Church in Bloomington; she was an avid reader, enjoyed movies, | 11 | | and loved to cook; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, June Penn was preceded in death by her husband, | 13 | | Paul S. Penn; her son, David Penn; her two granddaughters, | 14 | | Polly Jo Jaspers and Tammy June Barnes; and her sister, Betty | 15 | | Guthrie; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, June Penn is survived by her three children, Don | 17 | | (Norma) Penn, Linda (Mark) Drane, and John (Mary) Penn; her | 18 | | seven grandchildren, Michael, Tony, Eric, Jeff, and Ryan Penn, | 19 | | Shawn Marie Eiker, and Lacy Fidler; her 16 great-grandchildren; | 20 | | and her five great-great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
