| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Joseph John Kraft, formerly of | 4 | | Libertyville, who passed away on March 17, 2014; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Kraft was raised in Edgebrook and studied | 6 | | at St. Vincent De Paul Seminary before graduating from Notre | 7 | | Dame High School in Niles; he earned his Master of Business | 8 | | Arts from the Lake Forest School of Management; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Kraft was an accomplished entrepreneur and | 10 | | founded and operated a packaging company, Kraft Seal and Label, | 11 | | in Lake Forest, which he sold in 2005; he relocated to | 12 | | Richmond, Virginia to become the general manager of Pan | 13 | | Atlantic Processed Films for DuPont Teijan Films; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Kraft was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic | 15 | | Church; he was a coach for all of his children and their | 16 | | friends; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Kraft was preceded in death by his parents, | 18 | | Joseph John and Eileen (nee Stanton) Kraft; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Kraft is survived by his wife of 42 years, | 20 | | Linda (nee Sykes) Kraft; his children, Joseph J. (Erin nee |
