| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Robert James Crittendon Jr. of North | 4 | | Chicago, who passed away on November 3, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Rob Crittendon was born in Waukegan to Annie | 6 | | Threats and Robert Crittendon Sr. on February 23, 1966; he | 7 | | graduated from North Chicago Community High School in 1984, | 8 | | where he played basketball; he then attended Suomi College in | 9 | | Hancock, Michigan; he lived in North Chicago for the majority | 10 | | of his life; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Rob Crittendon was an avid sports fan and loved | 12 | | the game of basketball; he had a big heart, infectious | 13 | | personality, and brought laughter wherever he went; he took | 14 | | pride in his family, his children, and the community in which | 15 | | he lived; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Rob Crittendon was preceded in death by his | 17 | | mother, Annie Threats; and
