| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of M. Earlene Fuchs of Farmersville, who | 4 | | passed away on December 28, 2010; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, She was born December 20, 1928 in Springfield, the | 6 | | daughter of Earl and Ella Visser Moody; she married Karl Fuchs | 7 | | on January 7, 1951 in Farmersville; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran | 9 | | Church (LCMS) and active in the Mary Martha Guild; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, She worked as a legal secretary for Fuchs/Bawden | 11 | | Law Office for 33 years; she loved to sew and enjoyed making | 12 | | clothing and craft items for her entire family; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; her | 14 | | sister, Bernice Fuchs; and her son-in-law, Rex Truebe; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, M. Earlene Fuchs is survived by her husband; her | 16 | | sister, Marjorie Gallert; her son, Dean (Mary Jane) Fuchs; her | 17 | | daughters, Cheryl (Roger) Riney and Kim (Bill) Getchel; her | 18 | | grandchildren, Carrie (Matt) Buchanan, Greta (Jered) Frankel, | 19 | | Kristy (Greg) Hammann, Shannon (Brian) Swierczek, Ben (April) | 20 | | Truebe, Kelly (Dustin) Brown, Jerrod (Emily) Fuchs, Adam |
