| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Jack E. | 4 | | Caldwell of Williamsville, who passed away on April 7, 2016; | 5 | | and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell was born in Springfield to George | 7 | | E., Jr. and Norma Jean Caldwell on February 6, 1952; he | 8 | | graduated from Williamsville High School in 1971; and | 9 | | WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell was a retired member of the | 10 | | Williamsville Fire Department and the Sangamon County Rescue | 11 | | Squad; he was a longtime Trustee of the Williamsville Village | 12 | | Board and was on the Williamsville School Board for 19 years, | 13 | | serving as President for 5 years; he also owned and operated | 14 | | "Caldwell Woodworks" and was a business partner in CYNKY Inc.; | 15 | | and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell enjoyed boating, baking and | 17 | | cooking, and playing a good prank; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell was preceded in death by his | 19 | | parents; his infant brother, Michael Bruce; and his brother, | 20 | | George E. III "Tripper"; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Jack Caldwell is survived by his wife, Sheila; his | 2 | | son, Dylan Caldwell; his daughter, Lacey Jayne Caldwell (Marc | 3 | | Delich); his three brothers, Robert Wood (Jane) Caldwell, Nik | 4 | | (Sharon) Caldwell, and Bradley (Nancy) Caldwell; his sister, | 5 | | Dana Caldwell; and his sister-in-law, Judy Caldwell; | 6 | | therefore, be it
| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | 8 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | 9 | | mourn the passing of Jack E. Caldwell, and extend our sincere | 10 | | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | 11 | | him; and be it further
