| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Terrence "Bebop" Tetter, who passed away | 4 | | on November 14, 2020; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Terrence Tetter was born to Donald Tetter and | 6 | | Juanita (Beard) Tetter in Chicago on August 13, 1974; he | 7 | | graduated from Danville High School in 1993; he then enlisted | 8 | | in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged after years of | 9 | | faithful service; he received a bachelor's degree in education | 10 | | from Illinois State University in 2002; he married Ivy Reed on | 11 | | September 1, 2019; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Terrence Tetter was a special education teacher | 13 | | for Danville School District 118; he began his teaching career | 14 | | at Cannon Elementary School and later transitioned to Danville | 15 | | High School; he coached Danville High School wrestling for 13 | 16 | | years; he dedicated his life to helping the youth in his | 17 | | community; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Terrence Tetter was Sergeant-at-Arms of the | 19 | | Killer Bee MC, a past master of Corinthian Lodge 31 F&AM PHA, | 20 | | and a member of Menelik Consistory 49; and
| 21 | | WHEREAS, Terrence Tetter was preceded in death by his |

| 1 | | father; his three nephews, Demetrius Dandridge, Zellner Brown | 2 | | III, and Demaree' Tetter; his grandmother, Hatti Beard; and his | 3 | | grandfather, Henderson Butler; and
| 4 | | WHEREAS, Terrence Tetter is survived by his wife; his | 5 | | mother; his siblings, Dr. Marcellus Tetter, Donald Tetter II, | 6 | | and Donetta Tetter; his nieces and nephews; his great-nieces | 7 | | and great-nephews; his godchildren; and his family and friends; | 8 | | therefore, be it
| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 10 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 11 | | Terrence "Bebop" Tetter and extend our sincere
condolences to | 12 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
him; and be it | 13 | | further
