| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Steven L. Ericson of Rock Island, who | 4 | | passed away on November 24, 2020; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Steven Ericson was born in Kewanee to Clayton and | 6 | | Doris (White) Ericson on December 4, 1952; he served in the | 7 | | U.S. Army and married Denise Wilson in Coal Valley on June 5, | 8 | | 1976; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Steven Ericson retired from Sears Manufacturing | 10 | | as a welder; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Steven Ericson was a member of the Calvary Church | 12 | | in the Quad Cities; he loved family gatherings, attending his | 13 | | grandchildren's sporting events, coaching his children's | 14 | | teams, fishing, and bowling; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Steven Ericson was preceded in death by his | 16 | | mother, Doris; his father and stepmother, Clayton and Nellie; | 17 | | his brother, Dennis Ericson; his sister, Glenda Nimrick; and | 18 | | his stepsisters, Louise Orr and Mary Lou Weir; and
