| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of N. Ann (Crawford) Werner of Streator, who | 4 | | passed away on May 27, 2018; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Ann Werner was born in Bloomington to Harold and | 6 | | Norma (Wedland) Crawford on September 25, 1956; she graduated | 7 | | from El Paso High School in 1974; she married Phillip L. Werner | 8 | | in Bloomington at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church on February | 9 | | 11, 1978; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Ann Werner worked as an insurance agent and | 11 | | financial advisor; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Ann Werner was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran | 13 | | Church; she was selfless, kind, and devoted to her family; she | 14 | | always put others ahead of herself; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Ann Crawford was preceded in death by her parents | 16 | | and her father-in-law, Vincent Werner; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Ann Crawford is survived by her husband, Phillip; | 18 | | her children, Deborah, David, Robert, and Kristina Werner; and | 19 | | her mother-in-law, Luceille Werner; therefore, be it
