| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Judith "Judy" Seibt Franklin of Chicago | 4 | | Heights, who passed away on February 18, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Judith Franklin was born on April 25, 1938; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Judith Franklin was the former owner of His Store | 7 | | The Sacred Heart of Jesus in Chicago Heights; she worked at | 8 | | Suburban Heights Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist | 9 | | Apprentice for 15 years; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Judith Franklin was a member of the Third Order of | 11 | | Carmelites and helped create the Perpetual Adoration Chapel at | 12 | | St. Agnes; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Judith Franklin was preceded in death by her | 14 | | husband, William Franklin, and her brothers, John Hoffman, and | 15 | | James Schafer; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Judith Franklin is survived by her sons, Robert W. | 17 | | (Cynthia), Michael A., Thomas P., and Timothy J. Seibt; her | 18 | | grandchildren, Michael W., Christine N., and Robert A. Seibt; | 19 | | her sisters-in-law, Jill Hoffman, and Helene Schafer; and 11 | 20 | | nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
