| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Genevieve S. Blackowicz of North Chicago; | 4 | | and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Genevieve Blackowicz was born in Waukegan to | 6 | | Joseph and Natalie (Orlowski) Rajuniec on July 14, 1924; she | 7 | | married Leo Blackowicz in North Chicago on July 19, 1947; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Genevieve Blackowicz was affectionately known as | 9 | | "Ma" to everyone and loved by all who knew her; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Genevieve Blackowicz was preceded in death by her | 11 | | parents and her husband of over 50 years, Leo; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Genevieve Blackowicz is survived by her sons, | 13 | | Robert (Patricia) Blackowicz, David Blackowicz (Pam Ingram), | 14 | | and Michael Blackowicz Sr.; her grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, | 15 | | Amanda, Sam, and Michael Jr.; and numerous | 16 | | great-grandchildren, including Ethan, Ella, and Andon; | 17 | | therefore, be it
